Hello, I’m Aggie, an integrative counsellor. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly and be truly heard without judgement. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, addiction, or relationship difficulties, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My approach is warm, patient, and compassionate. I believe each person’s experience is unique, and with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and build resilience. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term counselling, I’ll walk alongside with you to help you make sense of your feelings and move towards the changes you want in your life.
This means I can utilise various counselling techniques, including anxiety therapy, bereavement counselling, and depression counselling, to tailor therapy for your unique needs.
Recovery looks different for everyone. Whether you’re participating in support groups, or working on your own, I offer a safe space to explore your experiences.
Anxiety and stress can feel overwhelming and exhausting. Together, we can explore and understand what's driving these feelings to discover calmer, more manageable ways forward.
Depression can often lead to a profound sense of isolation and emptiness. I provide a compassionate space where you can talk openly about your feelings.
There are many ways we experience loss, such as through bereavement, an empty nest, changes in health, or even the loss of a future you hoped for.
Being trauma-informed in my practice means I work gently, at your pace, and with deep respect for your experiences. My focus is always on creating safety, trust, and choice as we explore your story together.
